The PPS 225mm Debonding Tie Including Sleeve is a purpose-designed solution for managing vertical movement in masonry walls, particularly at junctions where walls abut columns or other structural elements. Used in conjunction with plain-ended wall ties, this system allows for safe expansion and contraction of the masonry while maintaining lateral stability.

The included debonding sleeve ensures that the tie is free to move within the joint, absorbing structural shifts without compromising the integrity of the wall. The tie itself continues to restrain against lateral wind loads, while the sleeve provides the essential flexibility needed to prevent cracking or stress in the masonry.

Delivery Information

We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £120.00 (£100.00 excluding vat). For all other orders a £12.00 (£10.00 plus vat) local delivery charge will apply. We deliver within a 25 mile radius of our depot.

We aim to deliver stocked items usually within 2-3 working days but in busier periods this can sometimes take longer. On receipt of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise an intended delivery date, should this delivery date be inconvenient then we will try our best to accommodate a suitable delivery date.

Click & Collect Information

Orders can also be collected from either of our depots. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.

We aim to process your order and have goods ready for collection within the same working day (stocked items only) on all orders placed before 1pm, orders after 1pm will be ready the following working day. In the event of your ordered items being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated lead time on your order.
